My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paco is (we were told) 5-6 years old and was surrendered to us after his owner's complained of him hiding all the time and being unfriendly. It's possible he just wasn't happy in his previous home (it sounded like a pretty busy household with multiple adults and kids) because he's been a friendly, talkative boy here at the shelter. He's a chunky boy and so can't reach by his tail to groom himself well, but he does enjoy being brushed! Overall, Paco is a funny, nice cat that has a lot of personality and just needs someone to give him a safe, relaxing home where he can get all the snacks and attention he wants. He would thrive in a quieter adults-only home.

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, de-wormed, tested for FeLV/FIV, and treated for fleas before adoption.
