My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY HANDLE (to include carrying if needed) THIS DOG. OUR DOGS WILL NOT BE ADOPTED INTO A HOME THAT CANNOT MAKE THEM A PRIORITY.

Our Adoption Radius is 60 Miles Maximum of zip code 20906

Sydney takes the prize on having the longest bio we have ever written for a puppy, but oh there’s so much to share :)

She was born on 1/11/23 to a mom that looks like a lab/hound/shepherd mix. We do not know how large she will get or how small she will remain. She's currently at 40lbs.

She’s an absolute sweetheart and loves to be around her human. She’s eager for cuddles and love, smart, sweet and curious. She’s playful with children and loves to play with other dogs. She's NOT easily frightened by noises or people.

Sydney hasn’t met a human she did not want to be around, she’s a social butterfly who always wants to be in the middle of the action. Her eagerness for love and cuddles results in her trickling :P which can be cute if she’s not trying to climb the human as she does that! Most puppies grow out of the submissive peeing phase.

She needs more manners of course and puppies don’t train themselves so future home need to be committed to her training. She’s always excited to say hello and forgets her size while trying to jump up in the air to kiss her human’s face :)

Sydney can be vocal at feeding time and if she's not out with the rest of the puppies when they're playing, you will hear about it.

Sydney has a fascination with water, and will flip every water bowl after she tries to dip her whole head into it; she plays “let’s flip all the hanging water buckets” in between play sessions :P

Sydney has a strong, but gracious personality. If anyone is looking for a companion to go on long walks with, swimming, basically anything that requires the outdoors or vigorous activity then Sydney is your girl. Sydney is ready for her next adventure

With puppies comes teething, nipping and mayhem so keep that in mind if contemplating applying.
