My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Virgil our newest cocker wannabe. He is about 10 years old. We were contacted regarding rescuing Virgil from a Sacramento shelter. Virgil was going to be euthanized the next day. We just didn't have the heart to let him go. The shelter reported that when they found Virgil he was severely matted and in a lot of pain.

Virgil is making his foster mom smile everyday. She says he is a joy to have around. Despite that Virgil is blind and hard of hearing, he is a little go getter. He loves to roll over for belly rubs, run around the yard sniffing at everything he can find and take naps in the sun.

Virgil has been to the Vet and aside from his special sight and hearing needs, he has a clean bill of health. Virgil would make a wonderful companion.
