Date of Birth: 4/27/21

Poor Marcel was caught (by hand) by a guy we were helping to get all his personal cats fixed. He kept telling us that this one was NOT his cat and they really didn't want him back. I told him that's not how this works as we usually do not take in cats we are just getting fixed for people, but he turned out to be SO sweet, we didn't want to send him back there and not have him taken care of. It only took him one day for him to roll over on his back and expose his belly for us to rub it. He can't get enough petting. Seems like he has been deprived of human contact for some time and he is really enjoying being the center of attention. Since we've only had him a short time, we have not let him roam free with the other cats, so we're not 100% sure how cat-friendly he is. But he has not hissed or shown any aggression at anyone from inside his large cage. We have no doubt he is going to make someone a wonderful companion and we can't wait for him to have a home of his own where he will be loved forever!
