Theo didn't have the best start to life. However, despite all he's been through, you would never know it meeting him! Theo had FHO surgery to repair his dislocated hip and just finished heartworm treatment. He has recovered beautifully from it all!
Theo is the happiest boy who LOVES people and dog friends! He will be your little shadow and loves his people endlessly.
