PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY!!

Looking for an experienced cat owner, or a person with lots of patience and time for training this one. This cat is the love of my life, but she inappropriately urinates on my sofa and bed. I have been to many vets and have tried over the course of two years to improve the situation, and it has a bit, but I don't think I am providing the best home for her. I think she could greatly benefit as a single cat (may be okay with a docile dog) and in a home with a yard that she can freely enter (this is where I am lacking, no land for her to play in). She can also play a bit rough, so maybe not the best to be around kids that will invade her space. She has done well with family friends that are 9 and 12, I'm unsure how younger would go. She is highly food motivated and a very funny character overall. I love her very much and am looking for a great home for her. I am happy to discuss further on her personality and what a good home for her might look like!
