Hi, my name is Partridge! I was found outside and the nice person who fed me asked to get me neutered. While I was recovering everyone realized I was a pretty sweet guy - one of my people describes me as “perfect!” She may be a little biased, but hey, I’ll take it!
I’ve evidently been through a whole lot out there, because I came in with a cauliflower ear from an old wound that’s since healed. I've been seen by the vet for my cauliflower ear, and I will need a family that is comfortable with monitoring it and keeping it clean. My people say my ear makes me unique and is part of my charm. It’s also a symbol of a really hard outdoor life, and reminds me how glad I am to be safe inside now.
I’m a chatty boy, and I love pets and attention. I’m VERY affectionate! Sometimes I can get a bit nervous, so I do need a pretty quiet home with adults only. I think I’m okay with other cats, with proper introductions of course. I don’t know if I’ve ever been around dogs. I love food, wet and dry, and I LOVE treats! I also enjoy really cozy, soft beds for long cat naps. I have a feeling I would like a home where I can sleep in the bed with my people and have lots of interaction with them. I had lots of lonely time outside and thankfully my solitary days are over!
