My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phineas is a very sweet boy, approx. 1 -2 years old, who was rescued when he showed up at a residence in Chickamauga, GA. He was already neutered but not microchipped so we could not find an owner. He is friendly and talkative and is looking for his forever home where he won't ever be abandoned again.
