Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you in search of a feline friend with a personality as unique as her name? Look no further than Cleo, a dignified 7.5-year-old female cat with a royal presence and a heart full of love. Cleo is not just a cat; she's a queen in her own right, ready to grace your home with her elegance and charm. This regal lady enjoys spending her days lounging in sunny spots, surveying her kingdom with a watchful eye. She delights in the finer things in life, whether it's being pampered with gentle pets or indulging in delicious treats. But make no mistake; Cleo also definitely has a fun side! We loved watching her play the other day with a wand toy being held by a delighted child. It was heartwarming to see Cleo interacting and enjoying this little girl's attention! If you're ready to open your heart and home to beautiful Cleo, she is waiting to meet you. Adopt Cleo, and experience the unconditional love and companionship of a furry friend like no other! Cleo's adoption has been fully sponsored by one of her many admirers.

Founded in 1929, the Brandywine Valley SPCA is the first open admission shelter in Pennsylvania to achieve No Kill status and serves as the only open admission shelter in both Chester and Delaware Counties. In 2015, the BVSPCA opened its first Animal Health Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania, making veterinary care more accessible to local residents. In 2016, the BVSPCA took on a five-year contract with the Delaware Office of Animal Welfare to provide state-wide animal services, and expanded its reach further into the tri-state area by opening both a second shelter and a second Animal Health Center in New Castle County, Delaware. Shortly after, a PetSmart Everyday Adoption Center was opened in Dover, Delaware. Its mission is to put the “human” back in humane animal treatment and to advocate on their behalf. Each year, the BVSPCA cares for more than 10,000 stray, owner-surrendered, wayward owned, and abused and neglected animals.
