My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kiara. Kiara is estimated at 4 years old and is 27 pounds. We aren't sure what exactly she is mixed with besides a terrier breed, but her combination is beautifully perfect! Kiara is house trained, and does well in a crate after she gets a moment to settle in. She does so well on a leash that going for walks is one of her favorite things! Kiara will do best with older children and will need a brief adjustment period to give her time to trust and lover her new people. Kiara had a dental cleaning and bloodwork at her recent vet visit.

Interested in becoming a forever home for Kiara? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application.

Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Kiara.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Buddy the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.

Our adoption fee is $300. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, and flea and tick prevention.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
