Cooper was a puppy when I adopted him from a breeder. I had been recently widowed and wanted a companion. He is a very sweet dog, rarely barks, loves people and other pets. He is too big for me. I have developed health issues and find it hard to walk him or bathe him. He is very energetic and needs someone to play with him. He would be great with other dogs and children. He travels well, is box trained and walks well on a leash. He does tend to dominate me as he is male, but he never dominates other dogs, even the small varieties. He has no known health issues, will be 5 years old in November, and weighs about 85 pounds. He is a pure bred English Cream Golden Retriever but is not papered as he is neutered.
