Senior Sweetie Seeks Final Save
MEET RYLEIGH!
-Long Island, NY

Ryleigh is a 60 lb super sweet senior 12 y/o Labrador mix. She was saved 1st by a rescue, 2nd when her parents adopted her-and now she needs a 3rd & final save. Her dad passed, and her senior mom had a stroke and can't care for her. Sadly, multiple other rescues suggested to euthanize her due to age(!) as they couldn't help. She's not in pain, has no known health issues. She does well at the vet and did okay when boarded. She's been the sole dog in the home with just her mom for 8 years. She's slightly fearful of men, children 10+ please due to inexperience. She will be dog & cat tested. She is spayed, microchipped, & up-to-date on all vaccines & preventatives. She's housebroken, good in a crate and leash, tolerates car rides. Her mom was working until the stroke, and she's good with being left alone for a reasonable time. She doesn’t chew (doesn't even pull apart her toys! and hasn’t ever been destructive.
