Hi I'm Zesty, your little survivor. After years in a cage I'm finally learning what being a dog is. Im very skittish and run away at any noise but don't let that fool you. I am very vocal when my humans return home and my tail wags so happily .
I'm good around other dogs but strong voices on humans scare me. It'll take allot of patience,as I will accident if I'm fearful. I do love playing in the yard and laying on your lap or bed.
Please consider me for a great lap dog. I will definitely keep you company and not let you out of my sight ever!!! I am cage trained (obviously) and I do give kisses once I know you.
Zesty will do best in a quiet, adult-only home with a resident dog and a securely fenced yard (firm requirement).
The suggested adoption donation for Zesty is a minimum of $400 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise.
