Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At 28 pounds and one year old Jando is a very smart dog that likes to learn. He caught onto basic manners in quick order. Jando will make a good dog to take on adventures. A long daily walk would be great. He is very affectionate with his foster family and he has the softest fur to enjoy when cuddling with him. Jando likes to fetch, swim, and play with his toys. Jando is reserved around strangers but will warm up. He will need more training on his leash to make an ideal companion - but he learns fast. He rides okay in cars. Jando would do best in an active all adult household or in a family with respectful children ages 8 years old and older.
(An adoption fee of $400 is required.)

f you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
