My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Package deal - I must be adopted with my brother!* Lars - I’m the sweetest boy! Are you a couch potato? I’ll be the first in your lap when you sit down to watch tv. I also like to watch birds out the window, play in the covers when you make your bed, hang out on high shelves or cat trees, playing with toys and will help my brother steal all of your q-tips if I can get into the dispenser. I enjoy being petted and don’t mind gentle dogs with slow introduction or kids if they are nice to me. I am very slow to warm up to other cats and prefer to stick with my brother. I was diagnosed and treated for FIP starting in Nov 2022 and am now considered successfully cured! I do get a little scared with quick movements or loud noises but I am so sweet. My birthdate is 2/25/22 and I’m neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FELV.  My adoption fee is $100.

Additional adoption info

We start all adoptions with a questionnaire to make sure the pet being adopted is a good fit for the new home. Then an adoption application is completed and the adoption fee is collected.

More about this rescue

Living The Dream Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue that pulls animals from the euthanasia lists at various high kill shelters in Maricopa County and surrounding areas. Maricopa County has the highest euthanasia rate in Arizona. Additionally, we assist with public intake and hoarding situations. All animals are fostered in homes with loving families until adopted.
