Ember is a magnificent beauty who is looking for a home. Ember is with our sister rescue in Louisiana hoping to come to NJ on our next transport. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for dogs with our partner rescues in Louisiana.
Ember is described as friendly and loving. Ember likes other dogs but she loves toys a little too much and needs some work on sharing (supervision/separation if other dogs in home). Ember was found as a stray and no one came to claim her. Ember is hoping someone can see past the 'black dog syndrome' and pick her.
Ember is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Ember tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
