Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gemma #9801 is a gorgeous 1-year-old female Maltese mix. Gemma is a petite momma who is starting to come out of her shell. She came from a humane seizure with lots of other dogs. She was a great mom to her pups who have already been adopted and she is seeking a home of her own. Gemma is shy with new people, men and new places; it takes her time to trust. She has been fostered in a home with other dogs, cats and kids. She is good with the other animals and would probably do well with another dog at home. She does NOT like children, we are looking for a home without a lot of activity and NO children. She is doing well with potty training on a schedule; she is pee pad trained. She is working on leash training. Ideal adopters have experience helping shy dogs blossom. She would do best in a home with a fenced in backyard. She will need regular grooming and adopter should have sufficient funds to provide that She weighs just under 10 pounds and is full grown. Meet and greets are by appointment only with approved applicants. If you are interested in fostering to adopt, please fill out the online application: https://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoption-request-form/ If you have been approved within the past 6 months and are interested in this pup, please reply to your approval email.
