My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She is an adorable dog! Mom adopted her 5 yrs ago. She was perfect for keeping Mom company. She stays right by your side and is a great lap dog. However, Mom can no longer care for her due to illness. As summer approaches, we are less able to take care of her. Since she is a smaller dog, she requires going out more frequently than we can take her out. She does great in the pet area we keep her in a while away from home. She is primarily blind and only sees silhouettes, but surprisingly, this is not a problem unless you have lots of steps she needs to navigate 2-3 are fine, or you spend much time around water as we do. She cannot decipher water and will walk right into the pool! She is also deaf! Surprisingly, it is not an issue because she stays right beside you. Her only special need is you just cannot let her outside without supervision. Her medical records show she is healthy, and her teeth were just cleaned. She needs someone to love on her in an environment that is safe for her
