My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Hiker (Emerald Litter)

*Age: approx 2.5 years old

*Current Weight: 21 lbs

*Adoption fee: $375

Meet Hiker!! This adorable 2.5 year old chihuahua/daschund mix is the perfect size at around 21 lbs and is looking for his forever home. Hiker is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle up after a long day to watch your favorite netflix show. Hiker would do best with an experienced adopter. He is a super smart boy who knows how to sit, stay, heel, and knows "place" means to go to his crate. He is house and crate trained! Could you be his perfect match?

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
