Hello!
Some may see a beat up old street cat, but we see SO much more.ir Galahad's had a very tough life outside-he's even missing a chunk of his tongue He found his way into a shelter with a raging mouth infection so severe that the shelter did not have the resources to help. With his time running short, we stepped in and saved him at the last minute. He is FIV positive and had stomatitis requiring 6 teeth to be removed. He's fully recovered from his surgery and ready for adoption! He is a lap magnet-if you are lying down or sitting, Galahad is immediately glued to you. He has the sweetest nature ever. He does great around other cats and would likely be good with dogs. He's so loving and empathic, that he would be an ideal therapy or emotional support animal. FIV is a very manageable disease in cats and FIV cats can cohabitate just fine with friendly non-FIV cats. If you'd like to meet Galahad in his foster home, please contact us!
I am located in the Wilmington, NC area. Unless otherwise noted I can be met on Saturdays at one of our adoption events.
