Storm…this beauty is nothing short of wonderful. Storm is a special needs girl looking for someone who has time and patience. Storm is deaf and through this has proven to be very smart and quick to learn. Storm is loud to let you know her needs and is also a sweet quiet cuddly little lady. Storm can be a little rough through play and is still learning through body language and hand signals to be gentle.
