Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sophie!
Sophie came to us heavily pregnant (she gave birth five days later) from a local shelter where she was in danger of being euthanized due to her pregnancy – that was seven months ago. That means Sophie has been looking for her forever family for 5 months!
Sophie is around 2 years old and is believed to be a dutch shepherd/malinois mix that is roughly 60lbs. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines including rabies, and is microchipped. She’s housetrained, leash trained, and does well in the car. She is also good with other dogs, when introductions are done properly.
Her adoption fee is $200.
If you’re interested in adopting Sophie please fill out this form https://www.cognitoforms.com/anythingspawsibleanimalresourcecenter/dogadoptionapplicationover6months and email us at aparcmiranda@gmail.com!
Meet and greets will take place in Clark County, OH.
Here is a little more about Sophie!
Sophie is believed to be a dutch shepherd/malinois mix which means she is not only a very active dog, she is a very protective dog. She loves her home, and she loves her family once she becomes used to them, and she will vigilantly watch out the windows to protect them both.
Sophie would do best in a physically active household (think hiking/running/walking) because she does require activity daily in order to wear her out – but fetch and allowing her to run in the backyard also work. She would do best in a home with no children under the ages of 13, her ideal household would be a single active individual or a couple. She will also need a fenced in yard so she can show you her awesome fetch abilities, and as smart as she is I’m sure you could teach her some new tricks! Don’t let her active nature fool you, Sophie does LOVE to snuggle up by her family and take many naps, and especially loves to sleep in bed at night, I mean that is the best way to protect you!
