My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Brains & Beauty: Meet Didi, the Elegant Senior Cat with a Sparkling Mind

Didi is a playful and affectionate senior cat who is looking for her forever home. She may be older, but she's still sharp as a tack and loves to challenge herself. Didi's a natural puzzle solver who figures things out independently. From navigating the catio to finding creative ways to get your attention, she enjoys using her mental agility.

Didi is a loving and cuddly companion who enjoys spending time with her people. She is well-socialized and has successfully integrated with other cats, so she would be a great addition to a multi-cat household.

Didi has hyperthyroidism and short-gut syndrome, a congenital condition. Both are managed with a daily medication and special food. She's not letting her condition slow her down, and she's always up for a good game or cuddle session.

If you're looking for a smart, playful, and affectionate cat who will add some joy to your life, Didi is the purrfect match for you!

Schedule a meet-and-greet today!

Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped.  Indoor homes only.

Additional adoption info

Are you interested in meeting one of our available animals? Please fill out the appropriate online application on our website. We will be in contact with you to arrange a meeting with the rescue pet you are interested in.

Please note that all of our rescue pets are in private foster homes and meetings will be coordinated with foster parents. Typically, after you meet the rescue pet, we will follow up with you to see how the meeting went. If a match is made, we can finalize the adoption quickly. Please note that we may require a home check as part of the application process. Thank you for your interest in our rescue pets!

Adoption fees are between $100 - $400 depending on animal, breed, age.

Go meet their pets

We operate Pup Plaza (www.pupplaza.org), Silicon Valley's first dog community center where we have weekly adoption events. If you are interested in meeting one of our adoptable dogs at Pup Plaza, please contact adoptions@svpetproject.org.

Kittens and dogs (and some cats) are in foster care with volunteers. After completing an application, a meet and greet can be arranged.
