Chess and Checkers were adopted from my mother's coworker; they're from the same litter and will be turning 2 years old in September. They're both black and white long-haired cats (male & female) and are very friendly and cuddly (they seek out attention a lot), but they have a knack for getting into trouble! They both like feathery and string-like toys (things you can dangle and drag around) and give chase.
Chess is more mouthy and somewhat dramatic. She's a lot more cautious than her brother and is afraid of loud noises. She also loves to give chase, especially with laser pointers.
The two of them are inseparable and I'd prefer for them to be adopted out together as a bonded pair. If you live with other people, everyone has to unanimously agree to the addition of them.
Edit: I've made a mistake when registering their fees; both of them cost $120, so $60 each!!
