My name is Cash!

Cash is a darling boy! He is a 1.5-year-old, 12 pound, gold and white, Shih
tzu mix. He has a gorgeous silky coat so could have some Silky Terrier in
him. He was surrendered by his family because they were leaving him kenneled
all day and they felt he deserved a better life. We AGREE! He DESERVES to be
spoiled and loved. He is a joyful boy and his smiley face will bring a
smile to your face! He is looking for a home with a lot of human
interaction. He does not like to be alone. No apartments for this boy, he
will bark. He gets along very well with the other dogs. Here at the
sanctuary, we use the command "Go Potty" before taking the dog outside. Cash
is happy to comply. This is a great habit to continue. He walks well on the
leash and rides well in the car. He loves his snuggle time! He needs a
family home with kids 10 and older or an active, sure-footed adult home
where he gets his play time and daily walks. He will need regular
professional grooming to look his best. He is scheduled to be neutered but
we are looking for his home now. He is microchipped and up to date on

What is included

In adoption fee for dogs

Spayed or neutered.



Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv – Vaccination against canine distemper, adenovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. (3 to 4 depending on how long we have them)



Rabies vaccination (if old enough).



De-wormed, Front-lined and Micro-chipped.



A free baby-well exam certificate that most vets will honor.



One week of dry dog or cat food.



One toy and one blanket.

1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it.



2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why)

a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response.

b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get.

c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to.
