Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie is a purebred English Springer Spaniel. We purchased him as a family dog, however, with some health issues in the household and other commitments, Charlie isn't getting the attention and exercise he deserves.
He loves playing fetch and going on walks and hikes. He does well with a retractable leash, but pulls on a short leash.
He has had over 6 weeks of training and knows basic commands. He remains very trainable.
He sleeps in a crate at night.
He has typically spent a lot of time in our backyard. He has had accidents inside in the past, but hasn't recently.
We are looking to rehome him to someone that can meet his high energy and social needs, as he really wants to be a companion to an active adult.
He does well around children but does jump when he gets excited, which could hurt a small child.
