Meet Daisy! She is about 6 years old and weighs nearly 8 pounds. She is crate trained, she eats in her crate and goes easily in when her foster mom leaves or can't keep an eye on her. She is potty trained but doesn't tell you when she has to go out, so you will need to be mindful of that.
Daisy walks well on a leash and is doing well with learning basic commands (sit, wait at the door, release to eat). She loves belly rubs and likes to be held. She sits well on a lap for shirt times, then likes her own space, generally in the bedroom on the bed cuddling on a soft blanket.
She let her foster mom Dremel her nails after a short time with her foster mom, and when doing a few at a time.
Does very well with her foster sister, a female lab. She loves sniffing through the fence at three other neighboring female dogs. Played well with young male Chi in the yard, but after 15 min, she curled her lip at the youngster. I think she was done and he wasn't.
Daisy enjoys being outside, running in the yard, and basking in the sunshine.
Daisy is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on heartworm prevention.
