My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meow! Hi. I am most certainly one pretty gal. Like the clouds in the bright blue sky, I have the whitest fur. This paired with my big green eyes sure makes me one of a kind. And just like the fluffy cotton in the sky, I am gentle and shy, only coming out when the sun is ready to shine! I love attention, and when it is near, I will quietly mosey my way to the palm of your hand, just waiting for your affection. However, I must say, I am indeed one shy gal. It takes time and trust to see the true personality that a kitty like me has, to shine through. Like the sun hidden behind the clouds in the rain, waiting for the perfect time to lighten up the day. But once you have my trust, my personality will shine like the sun's rays.
If you have followed my story, you may have seen or have heard about my sister, Giana. We traveled all the way from South Carolina together! We were sisters, but she got the unlucky end of the stick, having what is called "Feline Leukemia". We were really, really close… Sadly, her condition shortens the lifespan of a cat and that meant she was to have a shorter lifespan than I. She was my sister, being there to comfort me in times when I was most shy, she truly helped my personality shine. However, now I am learning how to shine without Giana by my side. I do still get anxious at times, but with the trusting hands of my caretakers, and the kitty friends I am surrounded by, the transition has been made a lot easier; though I do still have some ways to go. Because of this, I would need to go to a quiet home where there is another cuddly kitty to curl up by my side, to comfort me when I am shy, just like Giana did.
The start of this year has definitely been a bit of a cloudy path, but I hope that with time, the clouds will fade and let me shine bright, just like before! If you think that I could be the purr-fect kitty for you or your other kitties, then swing by and spend some time with me! I guarantee that, with time, you will find me just divine!
