Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet the darling 2 year old girl we are calling Lulu. Lulu arrived at the shelter on 05/31 as a lost baby and her family never came for her. That family did teach her to sit and she is great on leash. Lulu could not be any sweeter and at just 20 pounds she is a perfect size to fit in your lap. Lulu is current on vaccines, tested negative for heart worms and is spayed; she will be micro-chipped upon adoption. She is waiting for her new family in cage 317 in the small dog room and her ID# is 645276. She is not your typical beagle, she is quiet and laidback.
Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
This pet and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770) 499-4136 for more information. Shelter hours are: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only until further notice, CLOSED Mondays & Holidays.
