From her rescuer: "Meet our beautiful girl Fillis! She was found tied up in a deserted area, and brought to our shelter by a kind animal lover. She is practiacally SUGAR! We absolutely love her sweetness and kindness. She is always smiling and wants to be close by to her people. She loves going for walks and all people big and small. She has met our shelter dogs when out and about on walks and does well around them. With cats, she wants to chase them so its probably best she find a home with any. Fillis deserves to have a family to call her own! Please adopt our sweetheart 🥰"
