Hello, I'm Gumball. You might have already met my brother, Darwin. Like him, I'm a SUN cat. I am easier to pet, but I do runaway sometimes; when I don't, I enjoy the affection. I "hangout" more while Darwin is a hider. Unless it time to play or eat then we're both up adam. I have to admit, I'm a bit of a hog during playtime and I don't like to share my mice. I love to cuddle with my bro though, even after a good tussle. Would you give us SUN cats a chance?

You will be asked to fill out an adoption application and generally a telephone interview will follow. Next, a home visit will be performed to help "ready" your home for the new cat(s).

Supposedly Unadoptable Cats are special and we require adopters for this particular group of cats to be experienced cat people.

While we hope that the commitment you make will be life long, all cats adopted out through this initiative will be returnable for the life of the cat.

Our organization has generally defined "supposedly unadoptable cats" as those who range in temperament from semi-friendly to semi-feral. For the purposes of this initiative, we have broadened our definition of “supposedly unadoptable cats” to include other categories of cats that are difficult to place in adoptive homes. These include: seniors, handicapped, FIV+, FeLV+, cats with treatable and untreatable illnesses.
