Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Southbound! You can call her South. She is a young mommy cat who gave her six babies a great start after giving birth in a train station and coming into rescue. Now, it's her turn to be the baby. She has the sweetest soft meows and chirps. She loves looking out windows, a screen porch, and being with her people. She isn't a lap cat yet, but she will rub your legs every chance she gets and does not mind being picked up and held. She does well with other cats, but is a little shy and sometimes keeps a little distance from them. She is an all-around great cat and would make a great addition to any home and family.
Are you interested in adopting South or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application.
