Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Levi James
Yes, dogs should have middle names, too!
He was rescued by BCRR after being attacked by a much larger dog who fractured and dislocated his spine leaving him with puncture wounds. X-rays showed that he also had gravel and small bone fragments in his belly, so assuming he was on his own for a while.
Levi is around 4 months, estimated dob-02/12/2023
Currently weighs 18lbs
Fully potty trained
Will need to sign a neuter contract
Levi has been loved and nurtured and despite all the odds and talking about doggy wheel chairs for this boy, he is up and running on all fours, being the puppy that happy puppy that he is. He does well with dogs of all ages and dog friendly cats. He definitely loves to play with the kitties and they love him. He does well with tiny humans, too.
We have been told by numerous vets and specialists that him being so young is his greatest advantage to a full recovery and happy life. He might not be an agility dog but he will be your best friend. He has a great off switch and loves to love.
Levi is coming soon, and will be available once he has another x-ray to see where he is at with his spine. If you think Levi is the pup for you, apply now as the process can take several weeks.
