Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We brought Elle home when she was just 8 weeks old from a certified breeder. She is awfully friendly, energetic, and extremely loyal. Elle is now about 9 months old, still has a lot of puppy/young dog energy, and we enjoy her quite a bit. The problem with Elle we have is that her energy level and our 3-year-old son's matching energy level. They are best of friends, but Elle is much larger than my son, and her claws do cause damages to my son's face often times. Elle will never, under any circumstances, be at all aggressive with children. Elle lets my son wrestle her to the ground despite the size differences. However, rough playtime often results in some kind of an event that ends with lot of crying. This kind of rough playing led to one big accident one time, requiring Elle to have a hip surgery (which she will eventually recover from) and my son to have multiple stitches to his face. We also have an 8 month old daughter, and we just cannot take more risks of more accidents.
