Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shiva is an amazing dog with children and all people, the most cuddly, loving little dog you may ever meet. She will make any home special and brighter, but she needs to be the exclusive K9 of the household with not constant but consistent attention and love. She has some PTSD from a violent attack she was the victim of a few years ago and hasn’t been consistently good with multiple dogs and herself together since that time. She seemed fine with us when we added a Catahoula 3 years ago. Still, when we got our German Shepard puppy a year ago, we noticed over the last six months that she gets overstimulated while in the yard with them, and playful nipping and fun turns into something more serious for her. From doing some research on this phenomenon, it’s been known amongst the Bull Terrier community that most Bullies don’t thrive in pack situations; in fact, it can cause more stress than companionship for them. We want her to have the healthy, happy stress free home she deserves.
