Teddy was an owner surrender. His family was moving across the country and found they were not going to be able to take him. He is a very fearful dog. So he would be best in a situation where he doesn't have to meet a lot of new people and where things can kind of stay the same. I would strongly recommend getting him into his training of possible and even socialization down the road. Since he has been here he has integrated well with other dogs for the most part as long as they are sweet and gentle. He likes dogs that are confident and kind because of his fear it helps him feel reassured. He would do best with adults who are very patient and can understand how to make him feel secure. Once you accomplish that he is one of these sweetest most loving dogs you will ever meet!
