My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our adorable Panda! Panda is estimated to be 7-8 years old and is 8-9 lbs. He is dog and cat friendly, loves to be around people (after an initial adjustment period), and is just an all around fun boy! Panda likes to talk when he is excited (especially around dinner time!) and has a cute little raspy bark that he combines with excited hops.

Panda is not house trained yet, but is learning quickly on how to tell his foster he needs to go out. He is wearing a belly band in the house and does great with that. Panda needs a home with a fenced in yard and another dog, as he previously lived in a breeding facility and is learning how to live in a home. He does not know how to climb stairs yet and will come in doors, but not go out them yet. Panda is afraid of leashes, but loves going for walks in a dog stroller. Panda is very smart and is picking up new things daily. Panda needs a forever family who will be patient with him as he learns (and a resident dog will be important in helping him learn how to live in a home)

Panda does have dry eyes and will need eye drops daily for the rest of his life. He does not mind eye drops and easily lets his foster mom put them in with no fuss. Due to the dry eyes, he does have limited vision in one eye, but it does not impact his day to day abilities.
