Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you’re looking for a cat who will be by your side and make you feel loved daily, then Isaac is your kitty. He is ideal for someone who is looking for an extremely affectionate, loyal, loving cat. Isaac loves to chase anything with feathers on a wand, small toys, and the other household cat in his foster home. Generally starts and ends the day by finding something to chase around the house. He loves to be in the company of his humans, but like most cats is content to find a cozy spot to sleep for most of the day.
Isaac is a beautiful Siamese mix and is the most cuddly cat you will ever meet. This is a cat who knows his name and will come wherever you call him if you entice him with pets. Generally, you can lure him to a desirable spot with pets. He loves cheek and head scratches and will very firmly demand more. He loves to snuggle and will sleep with you every night, and gives frequent headbutts to show that he trusts you. Isaac is your classic lap cat who will be content sitting with you while watching a movie or doing work. He is loyal and will sleep with you nightly; at your feet, in between your legs, on your chest, next to you.
We plan to place Isaac in a home with another laid-back cat companion. This young cat needs a playmate, ideally a young adult male cat as a companion.
If you would like to meet and possibly adopt this amazing feline, please email info@chicagocatrescue.org or call 773/203-0215. No texts, please.
CCR adopts to forever homes in Chicago or the very near suburbs that are within 10 miles of our Chicago foster families. We love our cats and we pledge support for the rest of their lives, which is why our location limits are in place. We appreciate your understanding. If you are outside of these limits, please check petfinder.com, which allows searching by zip code, for cats closer to your home.
At Chicago Cat Rescue, we are dedicated to both the physical and emotional well-being of the cats and kittens in our care. For this reason, unless expressly stated, we do not place cats or kittens in homes where they will be the only cat. Generally, cats love the company of other cats, and can become quite lonely when living alone.
Kittens will only be placed in pairs, or to join another kitten or young cat in your home.
Chicago Cat Rescue is an entirely foster-based organization. Our ability to help more cats in need is dependent on our availability of foster homes. If you think you could provide a loving foster situation for a cat in need, or would like to learn more about our foster program, please email us, info@chicagocatrescue.org. Thank you!
