This story is from Kevins rescuer, the police officer.
We got a call about a puppy being tied on a vacant properties porch and possibly someone trespassing on the property. Once I arrived on the property, no one could be located, but the puppy was tied to a porch railing and left with no food or water. I contacted John with Baker Bridge Rescue who agreed to help me, of which I was very grateful. I then secured the pup shortly after. A couple folks floating on the river were very relieved to see the dog being taken care of!.
Since getting Kevin home with us, he has gained weight and found that people can be good. He is learning potty training and playing with the other dogs. He loves playing with toys.

Our rescue don't have an actual shelter building in the . Albany area. Due to this it is not always possible to meet them prior to their adoption. At times, a dog may be in foster care in NY and their bio will clearly be marked as such so you will know. These southern dogs & cats are brought up to their new owners every other week! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the pet can be rehomed appropriately if things don't work out. We try hard to get good matches in your homes so that everyone has a happy life together! To date we have placed several thousand dogs and puppies, cats and kittens in loving homes! Each group has many, many, references of happy adopters that can fill you in on their experience. Each individual or group has several wonderful dogs In Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky looking for homes! All of them are completely vetted and neutered/spayed (if age appropriate) and on heartworm protection. All of them come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $550 covers their complete age appropriate vetting and as well as their transportation to your area in Upstate NY.
