My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This lovely little girl is Biskit. She was born in one of our foster homes after her mom was found as a skinny, heavily pregnant stray. She is now ready to find her forever home.

Shy Biskit is naturally a bit timid, but once she warms up to you she is quite cuddly and enjoys having quiet play time with some toys, or being brushed. She is very gentle and sweet, and of course one has to admire her beautiful calico coat. She can be quite rambunctious when playing with the other kittens, but prefers moderate energy shenanigans like chasing string and batting at little fuzzy toys rather than wrestling. Biskit enjoys spending time around other cats and would really benefit from a home with a friendly laid back cat that would give her confidence, yet also want to play gently with her. She is not a happy girl when left alone, so will not do well as an only pet.

Biskit can get a bit overwhelmed by too much noise and activity. She has been around teenagers, and Biskit responded best to one who sat quietly with her on the floor to play gently. She is not comfortable with younger humans. Biskit will do best in a quiet, adult-only home, or a home with quiet teens.

Her foster mom has tried to introduce Biskit to a calm, cat savvy dog, but after multiple, slow introductions, Biskit seems to dislike dogs. She will only observe from a distance, while puffed up, so a home without dogs is best for Biskit.
