Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Munsey is ready for his forever family! Could it be you?!
Munsey is a 10 week old male puppy. He had a rough start in life - born with an unknown condition that made his back legs very weak. An amazing rescue (For Pete’s Sake) was able bring him into their program so that hopefully he could have the chance that every puppy deserves. He’s received several health screenings and been to see a rehabilitation specialist to design a physical therapy program to help build his muscles in the back end. While he’s been with us in foster care for the past month - he has absolutely BLOSSOMED!!!
He’s went from a tiny puppy who could barely move his back legs to an energetic, friendly puppy who can RUN like the wind. While he’s still got a little more improvement to go, all his veterinary team agree that as he grows up he should continue to overcome his set backs. His new family will need to be prepared to help him continue his physical therapy at home - but no worries, his tailored plan will be sent along with him whenever he’s adopted!
This little guy is so affectionate and sweet. He LOVES to play with his toys and play with my two other dogs. He also does quite well my cats too! He is crate trained, well-socialized with people and animals, and is already working on potty training & leash training. We do expect him to be in the 50-60lbs range as an adult.
If you think this little guy might be the perfect fit for your family please reach out to Teresa Cloyd with For Pete’s Sake Rescue, Bristol, TN (276-791-0475). And feel free to message me as well with any questions regarding this little cutie! Rsimis2@gmail.com is Teresa’s email
