My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Happy is a silly loving kitten who has never met a stranger. She gets along great with other kitties. Happy was found near a busy street. She seemed to have problems with her vision so she was brought in to foster for her own protection. Once in foster care, she was getting plenty of nourishing food and clean water. Her vision quickly improved along with her energy levels. She's now a little goofball that loves to play with anything and everything. She's not afraid of people at all. You would never know she was a street cat. She's fun to watch as she scampers around a room attacking everything in her reach. She's a beautiful bundle of laughs! Each cat will come to their new home neutered or spayed, with age-appropriate vaccines, individually tested negative for FeLV, FIV and heartworms, and microchipped.
They can travel along I-35 in Texas with rescue partner for a small donation. Transport is available to most southern states, CT, NY, PA, ME, NJ and a few other states for $175. All out of state adoptions/transport MUST have an Interstate Health Certificate by a qualified veterinarian for $85. We do not adopt out to Florida or California as those states have an abundance of Siamese needing placement within their respective states.
Three personal references, a veterinary reference, a completed application, an adoption contract, and an adoption donation are required for adoption. To apply online, go here: https://www.soscatrescue.net/adopt
