Penny is a sweet girl who is misunderstood! She wants to please you but she needs to be taught how to and what you want her to do! She is still very active and needs training but with the right person she could thrive into a fantastic dog! She has come a long way since being here at the shelter and we would love to see her get adopted and become the great dog she is!
