Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted Etta Mae from the shelter in April 2023. She is a little over a year old and only weights about 13lbs. She is not underweight at all, it is just her size, kind of like a pocket or petite beagle.
The shelter had her listed as a beagle mix, but she acts and looks like a true beagle. She will catch a scent and it is nose to the ground, no exceptions! She is very energetic and would be best with a fenced yard as that nose can get beagles in trouble sometimes.
She is a very sweet girl, and I love her to pieces. We have 2 cats and even though she wants to "play", the cats don't want to. Then it turns into a chase that the cats do not appreciate. She like to spend time outside and sniff all the things! She loves my kids who are teens and she can be very energetic.
She has been chipped, fixed and up to date on her shots.
I really just want to find her the best home where she can be herself.
