Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IN FOSTER - NEEDS ADOPTER - You've heard of Batman and Superman, but have you heard of Ava? More importantly- have you heard that our super girl Ava is looking for her own headquarters to fight bad guys out of? Her superpowers include kisses and snuggles and if that doesn't work she will try more kisses and extra snuggles.

Ava is one of our most affectionate dogs. She was a mama before coming into rescue and we think the mom part of her never really stopped. Being a mom and a superhero are kinda the same job, hence the mask and the super effective crime fighting kisses.

Ava knows how to sit, lay down, and is learning new commands everyday. She loves going for walks and is crate trained. She's a spunky girl that loves to parade her toys around the house.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
