Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**COURTESY POST**
This is Penelope:
Penelope was a stray, a kitten herself, when she was rescued. A concerned family was feeding her when she came around and noticed a racoon had been harassing her, threatening her. They contacted us to bring her into our already full rescue. She was pregnant and had kittens just 2 days after she landed in our cattery so we're thankful she didn't have to have kittens on the street! She's very sweet, enjoys head pets, her tall scratching post, playing and her canned cat food. She doesn't mind being held a little while and even jumps into our laps and flips over to be held like a baby. I call her a "Bull in a China Shop" though because she gets so excited for pets that she often flails around and falls over. Her eyes look like they're slightly different colors. The vet sees evidence of a possible scratch on one cornea that may have slight clouding causing that eye to appear a different color. It doesn't affect her sight. Penelope is spayed, UTD on shots, FIV/FeLV Negative and uses the litter box perfectly. She is estimated to be about 1.5 years old.
Penelope would do great in a house with other cats!
