Between dogs, cats, people, and teeny tiny people, I love them all. I’m great on a leash but prefer slow short walks to jogging. A few things my foster mom loves about me are the little noises I make when I get pets. I LOVE baths and being brushed and don’t mind dressing up like a fashionista. I also let my foster mom know when I need to go outside.
I’m great on car rides and love attending adoption events. I enjoy meeting the other dogs there and new people. My foster home has a big backyard and I live for going out back and rolling in the grass. One of my favorite things is napping on the couch and getting as close to my foster mom as possible. • Applicants must be 21 years or older and must be able to provide proof of age.
• Applicants must be within 50 miles of Nashville.

Approve Application
• Applicants are required to provide personal and vet references. We will be calling these references before approving the application.
3.
Interview
• Applicants will interview with the ALIVE Rescue President first. If approved, you will get to speak to the dogs foster family after.
4.
Pay Fee
• Currently, the requested donation to adopt a dog from ALIVE Rescue Memphis is $275.00 for an adult and $300 for a puppy.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
• Once adoption is approved and fees are paid, applicants will sign our ALIVE Rescue adoption Contract to finalize the adoption.
6.
Take the Pet Home
• Welcoming your new family member is the last step, and the best step!
Additional adoption info
• We require an additional $75 training deposit at the time of adoption. You will be required to enroll and complete a training class with your new companion at one of our approved training facilities. Once ALIVE Rescue Memphis receives proof of the completed class, this $75 deposit will be refunded.
• Any current pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and be spayed/neutered. Exceptions to this will only be considered if proof of a medical explanation is provided.
• All members of the family living in the home where the animal will be placed must be interviewed.
