Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi.  My name is Penny, and I’m about 2 years old.  My last family brought me in because I was playing too rough with their small dog.  Are you up for a sweet, ready to romp challenge?  You see, I’m deaf.  I’m not letting that hold me back though because I’m a happy-go-lucky curious girl.  I would do well in a home with another dog as a companion.  A yard to play in would also be a plus for me.  I do love everyone, but have not yet learned the art of playing gently.  Therefore, a home without small children, or pets, would be better for me.
