My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baxter is an adult, neutered male cat, probably born in 2015. He is front declawed. Baxter is a big, chonky boy, weighing in at over 15-1/2 pounds. He's not our biggest cat (that's Kismet), but there is still A LOT of Baxter to love.

He's friendly with people and cats alike, but he's a mature male who doesn't really play much - he prefers more relaxing activities, like bench-warming, window-watching, and comfy bed-testing. He is rather curious about the shelter and what goes on around him - but not really curious enough to explore. He would love to spend every moment of the day on a computer, exploring the virtual world, watching fishing videos, and ordering bougie cat furniture on-line, but doggone it - his paws are too big to use a keyboard effectively. If you work from home and seek the perfect office partner, look no further than Baxter. Give him a cushy bed and some screen time and he will be content.

Update: Baxter and Finn have moved to our satellite adoption location at Natural Pet Center, 3037 13th Ave S., Fargo. They would love to meet new friends and if you have any questions about which cat beds are the comfiest, Baxter will be happy to offer his opinion. He's tried them all.
