Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kantelope is one of 5 siblings born to a momma in a homeowner's poolhouse. She is outgoing and has a big personality. Like a typical kitten, she loves to play with her brothers and sisters and then snuggle up to her foster humans. She has been fostered in a home with children and other cats and would be fine in a home with a gentle dog when introduced properly.
She is currently at our adoption partner PetValu store in Ingersoll with her sister Karrot.
She is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on her vaccines and will come with a voucher for her spay at 6 months, done in Woodstock at our vet. To facilitate the spay surgery, applications from locations within half an hour distance from Woodstock will be considered.

An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet.
Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward.
You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200.
It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along.
We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations.
